Imóveis Brasil is a real estate brand created to transform the process of finding a property into a more human, elegant, and meaningful experience.
The project focused on developing a refined and modern visual identity that conveys trust, stability, and connection, aligning the brand with the emotional and practical aspects of “living well.”

• Geometric System: Building the identity around circles, triangles, and rectangles to create a structured and symbolic visual language.
• Natural Aesthetic: Using organic tones and soft contrasts to evoke calmness, care, and approachability.
• Refined Simplicity: Designing clean compositions that balance elegance with clarity.
• Emotional Connection: Translating the idea of “home” into a visual system that feels warm, human, and trustworthy.
Execution Approach
The identity was developed through a cohesive system of shapes, colors, and compositions designed to be both versatile and meaningful.
A palette combining white, warm caramel tones, and deep green shades established a sense of balance between modernity and natural warmth. The geometric elements were carefully integrated into layouts to reinforce both visual consistency and conceptual depth.
Each application (from physical materials to environmental graphics) was designed to maintain clarity while enhancing the brand’s presence across different touchpoints.
